The legislation includes a bipartisan amendment he cosponsored with Congresswoman Ann McLane Kuster (D-NH) and ten other Members to increase funding from $45 million to $47 million for the HUD-Veterans Affairs Supportive Housing (HUD-VASH) program in fiscal year 2020.
