Appropriations Request - FY27

It is with great pleasure that Congressman Al Green will be accepting proposals for community project funding (CPF) to be presented for consideration in the fiscal year 2027 appropriations bill.

All proposals, with all required attachments, must be completed and returned to our office by March 6, 2026, at 5 PM CST.

Please note that your project will require five (5)  ‘Letters of Support’ from any combination of the following levels of government:

1. City
2. State
3. County
