WHAT TO EXPECT

WHAT TO BRING
To help make the process as smooth as possible, please come prepared with:
- Completed, printed DS-11 application (visit Travel.state.gov/applyinperson to download and fill out your application in advance)
- Proof of U.S. Citizenship (bring your original U.S. birth certificate or Naturalization Certificate
- Passport photo (2x2, taken in the last 6 months)
- No Photos will be taken or printed onsite
- Valid photo identification and photocopy of front and back (Driver's License, State or Military ID card, etc.)
- Payment (fees may vary; check Passport Fees for details)
CHILDREN (15 and under)
Please come prepared with:
- Completed, printed DS-11 application (visit Travel.state.gov/applyinperson to download and fill out your application in advance)
- Proof of U.S. citizenship and a photocopy (bring your child's original U.S. birth certificate or Naturalization Certificate, plus a photocopy)
- Both parents or guardians must bring a physical photo identification to apply for a child’s passport (Driver's License, State or Military ID card, etc.)
- Passport photo (2x2 taken in the last 6 months)
- Payment (fees may vary; check Travel.state.gov/applyinperson for details)
- Please do not submit payment online. Please bring your fee with you. ONLY Credit Card or contactless pay will be accepted.
