Congressman Al Green's Statement on Thanksgiving

(Houston, TX)--Today, Congressman Al Green (TX-09) released the following statement in recognition of Thanksgiving:

“To all my fellow Americans and especially to the residents of the Ninth Congressional District of Texas, I wish you a very happy Thanksgiving. This great American tradition strengthens our love for our families, friends and nation. We are grateful for the blessings that this year has brought, as we renew our hopes for better times in the new year to come. We are also thankful for our troops and grateful that many will be home for Christmas.”
